How can I pay for my order?

All jewelry can eventually tarnish, but your best defense is to be vigilant and properly care for your items. At TheaSay, we recommend that you give your gold or silver jewelry a quick clean at the end of the day, using a soft cleaning cloth, to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.

Once a week, we recommend a deeper clean.

 All you need is water & liquid soap.

1) Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with a few squirts of mild liquid soap

2) Let your jewelry soak for three minutes

3) Remove your items & rinse with clean water

4) Allow the jewelry to dry

Silver Jewelry Maintenance Tips

• Polish your silver jewelry regularly using non-abrasive soft cleaning cloth, or with lukewarm water, gently brush it clean and then rinse it in clean water.

• To remove caked-on dirt, let it soak for 10 minutes in lukewarm, soapy water, gently brush it clean, then rinse in clean water. For a shinier surface, polish with a cloth and cleaning solution.

• Do not expose jewelry to chemicals. Silver is detailed through oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your TheaSay product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver and pearls are easily damaged.

• When not using your jewelry, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight as well as harsh substances like chlorine. Store them in a cool, dry place, a zip-lock bag, or an individual cloth pouch to help prevent both tarnishing and scratching.

Can I receive a catalogue?

We do not offer catalogues. Our products are available to view online only. The products supplied on our website are the most current ones, and it is easy to scan through the categories for your favorite charms.

Is it safe to place an order on the internet?

My payment failed.

Credit card payments fail for the following reasons: insufficient funds; purchase not authorized by the card owner; incorrect account/billing details; or expired credit card. If none of these issues apply, please contact customer service with your order number, name and email address and we will email your invoice to assist in processing your order.

 What should I do if I do not receive my order?

We encourage you to track your order online avoid issues in the delivery process. If the delivery timeframe has passed, please contact your postal carrier with the tracking number, as well as TheaSay customer service. If your order is lost and your shipping address is correct and deliverable, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue an immediate refund upon confirmation.
