Refund Policy

  • Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in its original packaging, unworn or unused, and has all tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, kindly contact us at If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
  • Please note that if there is a quality issue with the product, the customer will be responsible for covering the logistics cost during the return period. We will refund the order amount to you, excluding the shipping charges associated with your purchase.

    Damages and Issues:

    Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to quickly evaluate the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

    Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

    Please note that certain items are non-returnable. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

    We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure that you receive the desired product is to first return the original item. Once we have received and accepted the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union:

    If you are having merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To initiate a return, please ensure that your item is still in its original packaging, unworn or unused, and contains all tags. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

    Please note that this right applies only to merchandise being shipped into the European Union. Additionally, as stated above, we require all items to be returned in their original condition, so please take care when handling them.

    How to Make a Return:
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign into your TheaSay account.
    2. Locate the order you wish to return in "My Orders".
    3. Click the "Return Item" button and select the item(s) you would like to return. Please indicate the reason for the return and submit your request.
    4. Select your preferred method of return: USPS or UPS return label. If you opt for our provided shipping label, please ensure that it is securely attached on the outside of your return package.
    5. Mail your package from your nearest USPS or UPS location.

      Please note that if you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you may use any shipping method of your choice, as long as it is postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. (Refer to the "Important Notice" section for further details.) Kindly keep in mind that our provided shipping label can only be used for returns within the United States.

      Returning Worn, Damaged, or Defective Items:
      To ensure that your return is accepted, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

      1. We can only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have their original tags/packaging attached. Additionally, items such as swimwear and lingerie must have their hygiene sticker intact.
      2. Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include customized jewelry, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and customized accessories. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if the hygiene seal has been broken.
      3. Please note that items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

        We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our return policy.

        Important Notice:

        To ensure that your return is processed accurately and efficiently, please do not send it to the sender's address on your package. This is not our designated return address and will delay the processing of your return. We kindly request that you only send your return package to the address specified on the shipping label we provide, even if you are using your own shipping method.

        Thank you for your cooperation in helping us handle your return as quickly and smoothly as possible.


        After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days on your original payment method. Please be advised that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

        Due to current circumstances, please allow an additional 3-5 days for your refund to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

        Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Additionally, if you encounter any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after placing your order.
